Admissions
We serve 151 residents with an array of needs:
- Basic and Skilled Care nursing
- Memory Care Unit for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia diagnoses
- Restorative Nursing Therapy

Admission requirements:
- Baptist Home Admissions Application
- Social History form
- Medical records
- Physician’s orders
- Pre-admission physical

Admissions are accepted Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The Baptist Home reserves the right to admit residents according to its ability to meet the needs of each individual and to assign rooms accordingly.
